TASHIMA Kohzo- All set for AFC Election on 30 April 2015

TASHIMA Kohzo, Vice President and Executive General Secretary of Japan Football Association, submitted today on 20 February 2015, the official nomination form to AFC for the upcoming AFC election to be held at the 26th AFC Congress 2015 on 30 April 2015 in Manama, Bahrain.
TASHIMA announced his intention to run for a seat of FIFA Executive Committee early in 2014 and is now all set to devote all his time and energy for the betterment of football in Asia and around the world.
Stressing the importance of the power of football, TASHIMA said “I am confident to say that I am ready to take on the next step forward to share my knowledge and experiences I gained over the past decades as footballer, manager, and administrator through the journey we take together as Asian football family to bring our football to the next level.”
